1. General Policy

• Mayavi Lifestyle deals in hygiene-sensitive products including perfumes, mists, and related items.
• Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
• Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment errors.

2. Replacement Eligibility

• A replacement will be provided only under the following conditions:
  • Damaged product
  • Broken or leaking bottle
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item(s)
  • Tampered or suspicious packaging
• This is strictly a replacement-only policy. Refunds are not applicable in these cases unless replacement is not possible.

• All damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Requests raised after this timeframe will not be accepted.

5. Delivery Issues

• If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, or refusal to accept:
  • Both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • Re-dispatch will be processed only after payment of these charges.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds apply only if a replacement is unavailable or an order is cancelled before dispatch (if approved).
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Failed Transactions

• If payment is deducted but order not confirmed, the bank automatically initiates a refund (3–7 working days).

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

9. Serviceability

• Mayavi Lifestyle currently ships within India only.

10. Right to Reject Claims

• We reserve the right to reject claims if the 48-hour window has passed, no video is provided, or the product shows signs of usage/tampering.
