Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At Mayavi Lifestyle, every product is crafted and handled with precision, care, and strict quality standards. As a brand dealing in personal-use products, we follow clearly defined policies to ensure fairness, transparency, and a consistent experience for every customer.

1. General Policy

  • Mayavi Lifestyle deals in hygiene-sensitive products including perfumes, mists, and related items.
  • Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final.
  • Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified damage, defect, or fulfillment errors.

2. Replacement Eligibility

  • A replacement will be provided only under the following conditions:
    • Damaged product
    • Broken or leaking bottle
    • Wrong item delivered
    • Missing item(s)
    • Tampered or suspicious packaging
  • This is strictly a replacement-only policy. Refunds are not applicable in these cases unless replacement is not possible.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To raise a valid claim, the customer must provide a complete unboxing video.

  • The video must clearly show:
    • The sealed package from all sides before opening
    • The shipping label visible
    • The full unboxing process in one continuous recording
    • The issue (damage, leakage, etc.) clearly visible
  • The video must be unedited without cuts, pauses, or transitions.
  • Claims without proper video evidence will be rejected without exception.

4. Claim Timeframe

  • All damage or defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests raised after this timeframe will not be accepted.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, unreachable contact, or refusal to accept:
    • Both forward and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
    • Re-dispatch will be processed only after payment of these charges.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds apply only if a replacement is unavailable or an order is cancelled before dispatch (if approved).
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

7. Failed Transactions

  • If payment is deducted but order not confirmed, the bank automatically initiates a refund (3–7 working days).

8. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

9. Serviceability

  • Mayavi Lifestyle currently ships within India only.

10. Right to Reject Claims

  • We reserve the right to reject claims if the 48-hour window has passed, no video is provided, or the product shows signs of usage/tampering.
